:: weekend top ten ::

1.

Made the above galette using this recipe. It tasted as good as it looks and was so easy friends! I did add cinnamon to it - which the recipe did not call for. I just couldn't resist - it is kinda the best spice there is... at least, in my kitchen.

2.

Last night I was all snuggled in bed and the most perfect cool breeze came pouring through the window all night long. Is there anything more relaxing? Wish I could bottle that and sell it.

I am kind-of obsessed with Eric Hutchinson's music lately. I've been listening to his stuff on repeat. good tunes.

Did a photo-shoot over the weekend of this beautiful family. Man, I don't know how these pretty people find me, but I am sure glad they do!

Finally saw, "We bought a zoo" [I give it 4 stars]. I have dreams of having a little girl as darling as the girl who plays "Rosie" in that movie.

So I know this clip is so last year but I just can't not laugh uncontrollably when I watch it. It is a great bad mood remedy.

Dinner was a dooozy last night. Even he admitted it was not.the.best. Better luck tonight. I am making this.

Nothing I dislike more than going to a restaurant and sitting uncomfortably close to the people at the tables next to me.  Sure, go ahead and talk among-st yourselves, just know I can hear every.single.word of your private conversation.  Really, if I knew it was going to be a group function, I would've invited my friends.

Does anyone else think it is awkward when someone drives at the exact same speed one lane over? I always think it must be someone I know and as soon I as I get up enough courage to look over...it never is. Weirdos.

Have you seen this? It is probably how I am going to start my days from here on out.
