It's very pretty 'round these parts. Those April showers weren't messing around but we do have some pretty May flowers to show for it. Over the weekend we took a walk outside and this is what we saw...
I cannot tell you how good it feels that spring is here and the sun is out. I guess I didn't realize how much I hibernated during the winter until I felt the excitement of spring. I am happy to be out of my funk. There is so much to look forward to..especially now that my man is on break for 3 weeks! yee ha.

I was just thinking today, as I weeded my garden bed in preparation to plant it, that it's been such a rough and long winter that I'm still not convinced that we're over the risk of having another snow. I hope I'm wrong. :)

Woo hoo! I feel the same! :) It's so nice to actually be able to walk outside with out freezing my buns off! The Magnolia trees around here are amazing! Glad you guys are getting so spend some quality time together for a few weeks! (and a little jealous!)
p.s. I may have purchased some newborn picture props that I want to discuss with you. I'll give you a call sometime this week!
