I just printed a few pictures from our vacation and updated our framed photos. I can't tell you how much fun it is to have these out in our house. I am one of those people that get's sick of my house decor often so, it has been so easy to switch out the pictures when I get bored of them.
I took this picture of the peony (my favorite flower) in California. The gold frame I found at a thrift store for a few dollars.
I think it is fun to stick a few photos to the edge of a mirror to give it a more personal touch.

I love this post! I so agree with what you wrote. What camera do you use? I bookmarked your blog. too perfect!
I totally agree. I just spent like 50 bucks ordering new prints to put throughout my house and for photo books and stuff. You are so good at making things work. So cute.
I LOVE having pictures of my family and other pics I've taken (and you! LOL) around the house. So personal and fun. I totally agree that changing out a photo with a cool frame is a great cheep way to change the look of a room. Love your cute apartment! :)
So pretty and so fun! that picture is beautiful! :)
Digital does make it so easy to make switches in your frames at home - especially as the grandkids change so much so quickly.
Peonies are my favorite flower too - that picture is a beauty!
I'm with you. In fact, I have too many printed photos scattered throughout my house.
But then you know that clutter is my middle name.
=)
i've actually been planning on doing just that! i have four frames and everything. i just need to get some of my pictures printed out already!
So inspirational. Love the pics on the mirror idea! Do you think we get our obsession with flower pictures from mom? I can't get enough of them.
Thanks for sharing! These are some great ideas. I need to try switching out my pictures more! Cute pictures by the way!
Great ideas. I've lots of mirrors. :) Alexandra
Gorgeous pictures! I love the green bottle & gold accents!
Love your decor. I can't believe you found that gold frame at a thrift store. It looks so expensive. I want to see more photos of your house.

I find as soon as a room is deemed decorated i'm already bored and ready to restart! (its a problem). Switching out pictures or pillows is an inexpensive way to keep the space feeling fresh! I love your peonie print - it's stunning.
