Whoa, yeah - looks like I flew to Europe and came back with this french loaf. When actually, I made this in my apartment in Ohio. And it is super easy! The hardest part is waiting for its deliciousness - because it has to rise for 18 hours.
There is no fancy bread maker & no crazy ingredients needed. I'm talkin' flour, yeast, salt, & water mixed in a bowl. It has the most amazing crusty outside and soft center.
I made it for the first time a couple weeks ago and my husband has been asking for me to make it again.

I pretty much had the BEST lunch today (not to rub it in or anything). Left over homemade roasted tomato soup and 3 slices of this beauty.

That's the same roasted tomato soup recipe I use. Delicious!!! And I want that pot. I will have to look next time I'm at TJ Max. That bread looks incredible! I will definitely be trying to make it. Wish I could just drive by your place and grab a slice!

Is there anyway around baking it, like not in the cool pot thing? I must make that bread....I just don't have one of those. I better get one.
