So my family is obsessed with Mexican food... at least that goes for my mom & I. We could probably have it every night if everyone else would let us. One of my sister's went to Mexico on her mission and came home with some local traditions that we have adopted as our own. One of which is homemade salsa. It is amazing just with chips or as a topping to our awesome corn tortilla & chicken tacos!
There are no particular measurements, just do it to taste.
fresh tomato's chopped
fresh cilantro chopped
red/white onion chopped [I prefer red, but it doesn't matter]
fresh lime juice
salt & pepper
You'll never want store-bought salsa again. As far as I am concerned, it is a must have as part of your recipe collection!
