My life is in major limbo right now. I have no idea where I will be or what I will be doing in a few weeks. So, I have had to be very patient, which isn't always easy to do. Lately, I've been antsy to buy fun things for our apartment/house because most of what we have is someone else's (*thank heavens for Chris's parents, otherwise we'd be sitting on the floor to eat!) Unfortunately, our situation is very temporary, so it doesn't make sense to buy things only to hall somewhere new in a few weeks.
One of my many imperfections is my weakness for the word,
sale. For some reason I get so excited when I find good bargains. I hardly ever buy something at full price, and I don't really like going to the mall for that reason. Yesterday, I came across a few sale items for our house that I couldn't resist. The most I spent was $12 and I had to share my
success (although, I don't think Chris would use that word to describe the "stuff" I brought home).
For some reason I am digging the french style of decorating; could be my maiden name, or could be my mothers influence.
Chris said, "does the B stand for baby?" I was like "no, crazy, it stands for "Blacker."

Cute bargains girlie ... and it cracks me up that chris thought the B was for baby! Is he serious? Men can be so funny :)
Love the stuff. We got Mac and Gray the same lettering! WE are coming to Utah this week so plan on seeing us a couple of times:)
Darling!! Will you come and decorate my house for me? I would say we have all been influenced in one way or another by mom's fabulous decorating.
